Gregg R. Olin
Mr. Olin has over twenty years of
software applications development and systems integration experience, and has spent many years
perfecting a modified RAD methodology to quickly deliver world-class software applications. He has held
various positions in the private sector including Sr. Information Technology Specialist, MIS Director, Sr.
Systems Analyst, and Programmer. He has accumulated experience in many diverse industries including
Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Telecommunications, and Sales & Marketing.
Mr. Olin holds a BS in Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) and has continued with graduate level courses
in Operations Research.
Alisa DeSisto
Ms. DeSisto has over fifteen years experience in
software and product development. Prior to joining X/Net, she worked at Xerox Corporation, Rochester
Instrument Systems, CompuServe Corporation, and CheckFree. Positions she has held include Project
Engineer, Engineering Manager and Sr. Process Engineer.
Ms. DeSisto holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and a Masters in Systems
Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
H. Richard Hughes
Mr. Hughes has over 15 years
experience in the sales and implementation of capital projects across numerous markets and corporate
environments. His background includes extensive work in major account development, formation of
strategic alliances, and the integration of engineered technology solutions. He has led several strategic
programs which produced leading edge automated manufacturing solutions. Previous positions have
included Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sales Manager, Project Engineering Manager, and
Business Development.
Mr. Hughes holds a degree in Marketing with extended course work in Marketing Management and
Business Communications.
W. Scott Thoman
Mr. Thoman has been central to all software
development within the company. With over 12 years of professional software development
experience and knowledge of more than 15 programming languages, he has written numerous
business applications for a wide variety of companies. He has served as Assistant
Director of Network Services for Cornell University Law School. He is a published
software author in three countries and has written several Internet-distributed programs utilized by hundreds of users worldwide. In addition to software development, he has extensive experience in all aspects of computing, from network and hardware installations to user support and system administration.
Mr. Thoman holds a BS in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
