X/Net Associates Teams Up With Fair, Isaac and Company in a Joint Marketing Alliance

28 September 1998 (San Rafael, California, USA) — Fair, Isaac and Company, Inc. (NYSE: FIC) today announced the signing of a joint marketing agreement with X/Net Associates, Inc. Under the agreement, X/Net will provide specified installation and enhancement services to Fair, Isaac's CreditDesk® and Small Business Scoring Service-CreditDesk® customers in the U.S.

"We look to X/Net to play a key role in delivering installation/upgrade onsite support, especially in those instances where customers lack in-house technical resources."

Examples of the enhancements and services delivered in the past year by X/Net Associates to the CreditDesk customer base include Btrieve® database installation and updates, workstation and LAN/WAN configuration for a variety of operating systems, new installations, version updates, migrating existing CreditDesk installations to new servers, a complete web-based front end for both consumer and small business versions of CreditDesk, a data archiving product integrated with an optical storage subsystem, a contract tracking and payment remittance subsystem, an inbound high-volume fax routing system, and network capacity and performance engineering audits.
