- In the event that you experience an issue with your X/Net product, download and
fill out the Incident Reporting Form, above.
- Email the report to X/Net via the RochesterSupport@S1.com
mailbox or call 1-585-425-7047 and ask for Technical Support.
- X/Net will review and acknowledge your report within one business day. Response times are outlined in
Incident Reporting Procedures.
